The hotel had a great location with easy access to fun activities like ping-pong and shuffleboard, which my child loved. Our room offered fine ocean views, and the staff were always working hard to.

Everything was as expected.

It was a great match for a city holiday in Puerto Vallarta with excellent value for money. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning, especially the omelet bar that was available. Arrive early to secure a good spot at the pool or beach area.

the pool area was a bit cramped, but the italian restaurant was superb! ! the service was exceptional and the wait staff were super attentive. loved the fun activities they organized for families!

The staff at the front desk were really good, particularly Adan and Veronica, who made check-in smooth and cute. Enjoyed the all-inclusive meals, especially the steak at the Italian restaurant and the poolside bar's service. The lack of available chairs around the pool was frustrating, and the pool itself was quite cold were nice. Despite the cleanliness of the resort, securing a lounge chair each morning was like a chore.

The room had a fine ocean view and included a comfy sofa, tv, coffee machine, and a nice balcony to relax on. The spa facilities offered great services. The breakfast served had a delicious omelet bar and a coffee bar that was open 24/7, keeping us energized throughout the day.

Oh man, the breakfast was a total winner with that killer omelet bar and a chill coffee spot always open! We had a fab time bonding with family in this kid-friendly paradise, perfect for our large group. And did I mention the location? Just a quick Uber ride away from epic local eats!

But let's keep it real, securing a spot by the pool was like a mad dash! And the food was definitely hit or miss, with the taco joint being the only standout. No room service for wedding guests was a bit of a buzzkill too.

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with fresh bread, pancakes, sausages, and bacon. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the children's area.

our recent stay in puerto vallarta was fantastic - sunscape exceeded our expectations! the staff was friendly, energetic, and engaging. they even remembered our names and our kids' names. the italian restaurant had delicious food, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the beach was beautiful.

The location was great, just minutes away from a night club. There were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby. My room had a king-sized bed, a nice view, and a patio, and was air-conditioned.
